Marvel Games與Skydance New Media聯手開發的Marvel動作遊戲大作《Marvel 1943：九頭蛇崛起》（Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra）在今年3月正式官宣公開。近日該遊戲的項目負責人Amy Hennig在接受Entertainment Weekly訪問時透露了更多相關的資訊。
和之前的官方資訊一樣，玩家可以操縱美國隊長、黑豹（Azzurri，特查拉的祖父）、瓦干達臥底Nanali、咆哮突擊隊隊員Gabriel Jones四個角色。Amy Hennig指出，遊戲中的美國隊長-年輕的Steve Rogers仍然在尋找自己的道路，而不是我們經常在電影中看到的那個身經百戰的復仇者領袖。
本作的背景是1943年第二次世界大戰，美國隊長和黑豹在被佔領的巴黎對抗九頭蛇，故事的一部分劇情將會發生在Wakanda。開發商也分享了一張遊戲中的Wakanda的概念圖。
不過Amy Hennig表示，遊戲中不止有巴黎和Wakanda，有其他的地方會在故事中出現。

Hennig revealed how Marvel 1943's World War II time period allows the game to show a new side to the Marvel multiverse and tell a story "with a young Steve Rogers who's still trying to find his feet, as opposed to the more seasoned guy that we've seen in a lot of the films." She added that the game also introduces a "new" Black Panther of 1943. Wakanda and Occupied Paris are both set to be key locations for the video game, with Entertainment Weekly showcasing a piece of artwork from the game that features Wakanda's lush forest area.
